Associate Membership

The College Broadcasters, Inc. (CBI) Associate Membership Program is for individuals, small businesses and large corporations who share the interests and goals of CBI and/or do business with college media organizations. Associate Members are non-voting members who enjoy all the privileges of membership in CBI except the right to hold office. Proceeds from the Associate Membership Program help support CBI’s activities on behalf of student and college media nationwide. The program also helps raises awareness of your business and services among CBI members.

The membership period for all Associate Memberships categories are for one year.

Individual Associate Membership Levels

• Talent ($125) Receive certificate, listing as an associate member in the Talent level section of CBI’s associate member web page, and standard membership rates for CBI’s annual convention.
• Director ($250) Receive certificate, listing as an associate member in the Assistant Producer level section of CBI’s associate member web page, and a 5% discount on convention registration.
• Producer ($500) Receive certificate, listing as an associate member in the Producer level section of CBI’s associate member web page, and a 10% discount on convention registration.
• Executive Producer ($1,000) Receive certificate, listing as an associate member in the Executive Producer level section of CBI’s associate member web page, and a 15% discount on convention registration.

Small Business/Corporate/Nonprofit Associate Membership Levels

• Small Business ($175) This level is specifically for companies with 12 or fewer employees. Receive certificate, listing in the associate member section of CBI’s website with a link to your business’ website, and a 5% discount on exhibitor registration.
• Bronze ($250) Receive certificate, listing in the associate member section of CBI’s website with a link to your business’ website, and a 5% discount on exhibitor registration.
• Silver ($500) Receive certificate, listing in the associate member section of CBI’s website with a link to your business’ website, and a 10% discount on exhibitor registration and newsletter ads.
• Gold ($1,000) Receive certificate, listing in the associate member section of CBI’s website with a link to your business’ website, a 15% discount on exhibitor registration, and complimentary room sponsorship signage at CBI’s annual convention.
